High School Principal

Job Qualifications: New Ulm Area Catholic Schools seeks a High School Principal for the 2019-2020 school year.

Job Requirements: BA/BS in Teaching or other related field with current Minnesota License required; MA in Educational Leadership, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Specialist, Director of Special Education or the ability to enroll, complete, and obtain required degree within six years from date of hire in accordance of NUACS policy. Documentation must be provided.

Pass background checks and complete VIRTUS Safe Environment training.

Demonstrate competence in areas listed in representative responsibilities of the job description, e.g. technology skills.

Demonstrate evidence of good leadership and management techniques.

Be an active participating Roman Catholic. Church employees must conduct themselves in a manner which is consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Church, Diocese of New Ulm, and New Ulm Area Catholic Schools. Faith Formation Director

Job Qualifications: The Church of St. Raphael is seeking a Faith Formation Director. This is a full-time position with benefits. Bachelor Degree with preferred experience in Catholic studies and youth ministry. Responsibilities will include developing and coordinating comprehensive (K-12th, youth, adults) program and summer mission trip in a rural parish of 500 families.
