Catholic Charities Clinical Counselor (Part-time)
Job Qualifications: Catholic Charities of the Diocese of New Ulm seeks a part-time [16-24 hours per week] Clinical Counselor. The selected candidate will be responsible to manage a counseling case load providing quality intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, evaluation and closure. This position is responsible to provide educational presentations and workshops and to fulfill contract agreements with related agencies, schools and parishes in specified locations throughout the diocese. The position provides assessments and counseling relative to marriage and re-marriage preparation. This position also involves crisis response availability and on-call presence following a tragedy in a parish or community in the diocese. Consultation with peers, volunteers and related staff is core component of this position.

Part-Time Physical Education/Health Teacher
Job Qualifications: St. Edward Catholic School in Minneota seeks a committed and faith-filled Physical Education/Health Teacher to join our team and help students develop healthy habits and an appreciation for physical wellness within a values-based environment. The candidate will teach engaging, age-appropriate lessons to students in grades PreK–8. This part-time position is ideal for a passionate educator who can foster a love of movement, fitness, and health in a Christ-centered school environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver standards-aligned instruction in physical education and health to students in grades PreK–8. • Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits. • Incorporate Catholic values and character education into teaching. • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. • Communicate with families and staff to support student development. • Track student progress and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Health, or a related field. • Knowledge of the Minnesota K–12 Academic Standards for Physical Education and Health or a willingness to learn. • Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. • Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
Preferred Qualifications: • Valid Minnesota teaching license in Physical Education (710) and Health (080), or eligibility for licensure through the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). • Experience teaching in a PreK–8 setting. • Practicing Catholic in good standing (preferred but not required). • Ability to integrate faith and moral development into instruction.
Schedule & Compensation: • Part-time: Five days per week/half days.
