Job Opening Catholic Charities of the Diocese of New Ulm is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Outreach Counselor (16-24hours/week). The counselor will manage a caseload of clients, conduct intake, assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, group, and family), and provide educational presentations and workshops. Responsibilities also include offering assessments and support for marriage and re-marriage preparation and responding to requests from Catholic schools and parishes. Travel to outreach offices and schools within the diocese and availability for crisis response are required.
Requirements: • Master’s degree in a related human service field • Appropriate state licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LP, LPCC, etc.) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Valid driver’s license • Compliance with Safe Environment program and Virtus training within 90 days • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and electronic medical records • Familiarity with Spanish and Latino cultures is a plus Location: Hutchinson, MN Benefits: As per organization policy Pay Range: $34-$38 per hour

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
The Diocese of New Ulm is seeking a dedicated and organized individual for the position of receptionist/administrative assistant at the Diocesan Pastoral Center.
This full-time role (40 hours per week) involves providing essential administrative support to multiple directors of ministries, in addition to serving as the lead receptionist for the Diocesan Pastoral Center.
