REMINDER - YEAR END EXIT INTERVIEWS

Remember to complete exit interview on staff leaving your school for whatever reason. They are a good source of information and they are usually willing to be quite open with you.

Also, remember to have exit "interview" forms completed by those students that will no longer attend the school--whether they are graduating or if they are moving or simply transferring to the public school. Just the opportunity to give an exit survey can help some people leave with a good feeling that you did care about them!
