Choir members must be 18 years old or older.

Join Catholics from across the Diocese of New Ulm to sing at liturgies and special events!

This year, we are offering involvement in the choir on a semester basis:

• Fall 2026

• Spring 2027

• or BOTH Fall 2026 & Spring 2027

What is the purpose of this choir?

Choir members will be drawn deeper into the beauty of the liturgy through sacred music so as to lead the faithful of our diocese into that same beauty.

What will the choir do?

This choir will sing at diocesan liturgies such as ordinations, the Chrism Mass, and other celebrations with Bishop Zielinski. It will also sing for local events throughout the diocese.

What will rehearsals look like?

Rehearsals will take place one Saturday each month from 9:30am to Noon at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm. The choir will have a consistent director who will introduce new music and techniques; the morning will include lunch and a time of fellowship.
