Viewings of the film "Unplanned" - AMC Theatre - New Ulm

  • AMC Theater New Ulm, MN 56073 (map)

The movie “Unplanned, based upon the true story of Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood leader who left the abortion industry to become an ardent pro-life advocate is going to be showing at the New Ulm AMC Theater.  It has been showing around the country and has been described by some as turning the tide in this country to pro-life by revealing abortion for what it is, the murder of an unborn child.  Because of the graphic nature of abortion and its violent assault on the dignity of the human person it has been given an R rating.  As we consider this fact it becomes clear that the mission of this film is to open our eyes and our hearts to do all that we can so that no unborn child has to experience this kind of graphic death,

Support of the film “Unplanned” gives everyone the opportunity to do just that by getting the message out that abortion is the murder of an unborn child, a child who deserves our ove, respect, and protection so it can live a life in accord with its dignity,  While the movie by virtue of the reality of what Abby Johnson experienced has an abortion scene, it also highlights the beauty of the pro-life message that all life is sacred and meant to bring the blessing of family to the lives of all those who are touched by the pregnancy, as well as our society as a whole. Your support of “Unplanned” is so necessary; support it with your prayers, support it with your presence at the theater.  Let’s make our presence there a celebration of ife which is the deepest message of this movie.

We thank the Knights of Columbus, as well as the many other community organizations who have worked so tirelessly in the spirit of their pro-life commitment to make the showing of this film in New Ulm possible.
