Ways for youth to get involved in their faith!

 

An afternoon retreat with Archbishop Nienstedt will be held Saturday, May 26, 2007, 1:30-6:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, New Ulm. Mass and supper included in the day. RSVP by May 21 to diocesan Office of Vocations, (507) 359-2966.

 

Diocesan Discipleship Summer Camps. The Young Men’s Camp will be held June 7-8, 2007 and the Young Women’s Camp will be held June 14-15, 2007. Both camps will run from 9:30 a.m. Thursday to 5:00 p.m. Friday and will be held at the Center for Youth Ministry in Renville, MN. NCYC - The National Catholic Youth Conference, the single largest Catholic event in the U.S., will be held November 8-10, 2007, in Columbus, OH. NCYC is open to all Catholic high school age youth and their chaperones.

 

World Youth Day 2008 will be held in Sydney, Australia. Pilgrims should be 18 years of age by July 10, 2008. Departure will be July 8 and return by July 23. This international event is the largest gathering of Catholic youth on the planet and a once in a lifetime experience.
