June 25-28
Region VIII Leadership Camp

9-12th grade

This regional camp is for 9-12th grade youth. It will be held at Southwest State University in Marshall, MN. It will bring together youth from the dioceses in the three-state area of Minnesota, South and North Dakota.

This camp has a long tradition of bringing youth and adult leadership teams together for training. It is now called the CLI (Christian Leadership Institute). It is sponsored by the dioceses’ in the three-state area.

Teams from parishes register and learn together how they can carry out programs in their own parishes in youth ministry. This is the first time this camp has been held in the New Ulm diocese so many parishes are encouraged to get teams together for training and making new friends throughout these days.

Registration for any of these summer camps is on a first-come basis. Anyone wanting to participate should register through their local parish.
