Fundraising effort to benefit Catholic youth of diocese

Steve Angrisano will be in the Diocese of New Ulm, presenting a concert on Friday, April 7th, at 7:30 p.m. at the GFW Middle School Gym, 300 SE 1st St., in Fairfax, MN. The concert is a fundraising effort for youth of the Area Faith Community of Fairfax, Franklin, Gibbon and Winthrop.  Doors will open at 6 p.m., with pre-concert music starting at 6:30 p.m., provided by area groups, "Near Faith", and New Ulm "RED Night".

Angrisano is well recognized as an extremely talented musician, recording artist, composer and storyteller. He has shared his music and message with thousands of people in more than 200 dioceses and has been featured at major conferences and events around the world, including the National Catholic Youth Conference (MC at 2005 NCYC in Atlanta) and World Youth Days in Denver, Paris, Rome, Toronto and Cologne, Germany.

Angrisano has written or collaborated on many popular Catholic Christian songs, including "Go Make A Difference" and "Come to the Lord". There is an unmistakable awareness that Angrisano is not just a performer.  What he shares, both in story and song, is a witness of the love and life of Jesus.
