Morgan students ‘announce’ their support for Catholic schools through the airwaves!

Morgan, MN - On Wednesday, January 26, the St. Michael's School, Morgan 5th/6th grade class took a trip to the KLGR Radio station.  Each grade created a radio ad for this year’s Catholic Schools' Week and then recorded the ads with Jim Maurice at the KLGR Studio.

Sunday’s Radio Ad:

Students will sing "A,B,C easy as 1,2,3.  Easy as Do, Re, Mi. A,B,C, 1, 2, 3, baby you and me."

Announcer will say " St. Michael's Catholic Schools' Week, Morgan, Minnesota.  A time for faith, family, fun and much more.  Come and join us.  This week includes Community Day, National Catholic School Appreciation Day, Family and Friends Day, Teacher Day and Student Day.  Thanks for supporting St. Michael's Catholic School."

Monday-Friday Radio Ad:

St. Michael's School in Morgan - where faith and learning meet.

Going to St. Michael's School enables us to go to Mass where we can learn about God and be lectors and servers. Our teachers help learning to be fun and are patient and willing to help us. We are able to pray throughout the day for our needs and the needs of others.

We can celebrate our Catholic faith in a special way during Catholic Schools' Week - Advent, Lent and rosary activities during May. Of course we also need to include in our favorite things about St. Michael's School - lunch, recess, phy ed, basketball and DARE.
