Pastoral Administrator, Sr. Clara Stang, accepts new position

Sr. Clara Stang, OSF, native of St. Martin, MN and pastoral administrator of Visitation, Danvers, and St. Malachy, Clontarf since 1993, was recently elected as first vice president and assistant minister for the Franciscan community of Little Falls, MN. A farewell celebration on May 20 was given by the Catholic Area Parishes in her honor. "My time here has been a gift to me," she said. After eight years I’d single out three special gifts: I believe the people here are bonded well as a parish cluster; the team support of all five leaders; and small is beautiful."
