Sister Ann Shields to speak at diocesan Charismatic Renewal Day in New Ulm

Sister Ann Shields, SGL, is a noted speaker and author whose activities as an internationally known evangelist have taken her to Eastern Europe, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Central America, Israel, the Philippines and British Isles, as well as a number of cities in the United States and Canada.
Based in Ann Arbor, MI, working with Renewal Ministries; Sister Ann is the Superior of the Servants of Gods Love, a charismatic religious community canonically established in the Diocese of Lansing, MI. She is currently the host of a daily radio program, Food for the Journey.
A frequent speaker at national and international conferences, Sister Ann Shields has authored seven books and has co-authored, And Their Eyes Were Opened: Encountering Jesus in the Sacraments, with Father Michael Scanlon, TOR.
St. Marys Catholic Church in New Ulm will host the annual Renewal Day which will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2002. The day will include worship and praise music, keynote address, lunch, and Mass. Registration is at 8:30 a.m.; Sister Ann will speak at 9:30 a.m.; Mass will be at 1:00 p.m. The cost for the day is $10.
Everyone is invited to the Charismatic Renewal Day and is encouraged to attend.
