Ministries Appeal exceeds $1.4 million!
seventy-one parishes meet their goal
by Wayne Pelzel, director
Office of Stewardship
The goal of the 2006 Diocesan
Ministries Appeal (DMA) was $600,000. I am pleased to report that at the time
of publication of The Prairie Catholic, the DMA has surpassed $1,423,892 in
pledges and gifts and has received gifts totaling $1,138,528 to date!
There is $285,364 in pledges
to come in between now and next September 30.
Seventy-one of the 78 parishes in the Diocese of New Ulm have achieved
their DMA goal. However, the remaining seven parishes combined are only $7,293
short of all making their goal..
