Twenty-five years of recipes and 14,000 copies later!

Twenty-five years have passed since the Council of Catholic Women of St. Peter’s parish in Canby, MN, under the leadership of Fr. John Richter, embarked on a very ambitious parish fundraising project. That project was the publication of a parish cookbook with hopes it would be the “best” in the area.

Now, twenty-five years later, 14,000 copies of “Our Daily Bread” cookbook have been sold. These books have traveled across the United States and have been a valuable item sold at auction sales. Some have even been sent overseas.

Having been unavailable for over two years, St. Peter’s Council of Catholic Women, now under the leadership of Fr. Anthony Hesse, have released the fifth printing of the renewed “Celebrating 25 Years of Our Daily Bread” cookbook. Copyrights (c) 1979, 1981, 1986, 1996, and 2004.
