Rite of Election to be celebrated in diocese at the Cathedral on March 9

Diocesan Renewal Day to feature Fr. Greg Schaffer

A Diocesan Renewal Day will be held Saturday, March 8, from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at St. Peter Church, St. Peter, MN. The keynote speaker will be Fr. Greg Schaffer, a priest of the Diocese of New Ulm who has served at the diocesan Mission Parish in San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala for the last 40 years. Fr. Schaffer will speak about and share stories of his experiences with the people of Guatemala.

Fr. Schaffer will speak at 10:00 a.m. and at the 1:00 p.m. Mass. Patti and Bobbi Cogley of Hutchinson will lead the music ministry. Cost for the day is $10 which includes lunch.
