A check for charity!

Several youth from the Church of St. John in Darwin had the opportunity to attend the National Catholic Youth Conference held in Houston, TX, November 2003. Upon returning from the trip, there was money left over from their fundraising efforts. A total of $1,200 was donated to charity which included: Habitat for Humanity; purchase of bingo cards for the parish fall festival; Council of Catholic Women; and the Lakeview Ranch Dementia Care Home.
