Easter Dream

The liturgical year leads us to a dream on Easter Sunday.

There is the expectation of Advent leading to the fulfillment of the promise of Christmas, followed by Lent, the Eucharist on Holy Thursday, the solemn prelude of the anguish of Good Friday which is transformed into the joy of Easter. It is a sequence of birth, death and resurrection, beginnings and endings.

The Resurrection should not be a puzzling doctrine, but rather an invitation to life and to live it. The dream come true is that He is risen. Hallelujah! He is alive, and He will live with us today and always. Easter is now.
