New Ulm , MN The Catholic Diocese of New Ulm will have a diocesan-wide memorial Mass on behalf of Pope John Paul II at the Church of St. Mary in Bird Island on Thursday, April 7, at 7:00 p.m. The Mass will be celebrated by the Most Reverend John C. Nienstedt, Bishop of New Ulm, and the priests of the diocese are invited to concelebrate at the Mass. All the parishes of the diocese are asked to send at least two representatives.
